HOW TO BOOK

The web site availability pages are updated on a regular basis and are 99% accurate. However, before you book your flights please e-mail or ring us to confirm the week(s) you require are still available.

When availability is confirmed we will pencil you in, e-mail the booking form for you to complete and return along with your deposit. On receipt of these we will e-mail confirmation of your booking and the week(s) will be marked booked on the web site. We allow 5 working days for you to return the booking form and deposit (after which time we will assume you no longer require the holiday).

10 weeks before your holiday the final balance becomes payable. On receipt of your balance we will e-mail a final receipt along with all your contacts whilst you are in Menorca, key location, directions and a map to your holiday property.

We accept payment for your holiday by Personal, MasterCard or Visa cheque and by Internet or Telephone Banking.

If you have booked a car with us we can arrange for you to be met at Mahon Airport or have it delivered to your holiday property. Payment for the vehicle is to the car hire company by either credit card (VISA, MasterCard) Travellers Cheque or Euros upon collection in Menorca.
