A delightful 3 bedroom villa situated on the south coast of Menorca at Binibeca close to Cala Torret. Approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport and Mahon, the capital city with the local working village of Sant Lluis only a 10 minute drive away.

The villa has off road parking and is reached by a short flight of steps to the main entrance. Conveniently laid out on one level, once inside you have the first seating and dining area complete with music system and view south toward the inlet at Cala Torret. Through an archway and up one step leads into the comfortable TV lounge area beyond which is the doorway to the garden. Through from the TV lounge is the fully fitted kitchen where another arch leads to the laundry room with automatic washing machine.

The bedrooms are arranged off the dining area along the coolest side of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two is a twin room. These two bedrooms share the full bathroom with over bath shower. The second twin room has an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. All the pretty bedrooms are comfortably furnished, have ceiling fans and have ample wardrobe and drawer space.

To the back of the villa facing south are well planned garden and terrace areas, one with a brick built barbeque, food preparation area, fixed table and bench seating. There are shady spots and sun traps in the garden and sun loungers can be positioned to catch sunrays or snooze in the shade. More high and low seating is available with another table that can be arranged to suit for breakfast or outdoor snacks.

Along a path to the bottom of the garden, hidden from view, are the steps that lead to the fantastic swimming pool and pool terrace - a real hidden gem. The pool is shared by only a few villas that adjoin and is genuinely under utilised. Only villa owners who have rights to the pool can gain access. The pool has to be reached via the gate so parents can restrict their children's access more easily than if the pool was in the garden. However, it is necessary to supervise them at all times around the pool to ensure their safety and despite the size of the pool, diving is prohibited.

The villa has a roof terrace that looks south to the Mediterranean and overlooks Cala Torret.

At Cala Torret (a 5 minute stroll away from the villa) there are restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, two bars with SKY TV for the sports enthusiasts and a slipway.

In the local working village of Sant Lluis, less than 10 minutes by car, there are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, banks, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, estate agents, a pharmacy, Church, Police Station, windmill, an Internet café, Sports Hall and shops selling a wide variety of personal and household goods.

Beautiful Binibeca beach with its safe bathing for all ages and superb beach bar is also just a short walk away. One of Menorca's Diving Centres is located behind the Information Office between Cala Torret and the beach.

Due to the villa's location car hire is unnecessary however, it is recommended to allow you to see more of the island.
