South East Coast:
Located in S'Algar, one of the best kept resorts in Menorca this very pretty, well maintained 2 bedroom villa is an ideal base whether you prefer a relaxing holiday or choose to be more active. A variety of pursuits are close by and these include scuba diving, bowling, tennis, paracending and swimming. There are interesting walks along the coast, one of which will take you to the historic cove at Alcafar.

The villa is single storey and beautifully maintained. Indoors the open plan lounge / dining room has a large picture window overlooking the garden and dining terrace. Satellite TV receiving some English news channels is provided. The well equipped fitted kitchenette includes a gas oven, microwave and fridge freezer. An automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board is provided in a separate laundry room.

There are two bedrooms; the double room has an en-suite shower, wash basin and WC. The twin bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom including small bath with shower, wash basin and WC.

Four steps down from the house bring you into the patio garden and the dining terrace. There are sun loungers for relaxing and a brick built barbeque to encourage the men folk to cook.

The villa is less than 2 minutes walk to the sea front and the S'Algar Hotel and a 5 minute stroll to a selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

The villa has two pool passes that permit you to use any or all of the Hotel pools in the resort. The hotels also admit non residents to their restaurants and entertainment evenings.

The pretty cove at Alcafar is accessible by walking around the coastline or by a 5 minute car ride. Punta Prima and Binibeca beaches are only a short drive away and the working  village of  Sant Lluis is less than 10 minutes drive and to which there is a regular bus service. This bus service continues to the Capital City of Mahon (Maó).

Car hire is not essential at this villa but we recommend it to allow you to see more of this beautiful island.
