Binixiquer: The villa is ideally situated on the south side of the island, near to the airport but not on one of the flight paths. It is only a 2 minute drive from the local village of Sant Climent and the capital city of Mahon (Maó) just a 10 minute drive away.

This 3 bedroom detached villa is set on a large plot on the popular Binixiquer urbanisation. It benefits from a very private pool and barbeque terrace to the rear that backs onto open fields.

The villa is arranged on one level with an open plan living and dining area in the centre. For indoor entertainment a TV receiving UK Freesat channels, a DVD, VCR player, along with a portable music system to play radio, CDs and tapes are provided.

The left wing houses one of the twin bedrooms and a separate shower room with WC and wash basin.

To the back of the living area is the modern fully fitted kitchen with automatic washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer etc. The kitchen leads out to the pool terrace and undercover bar.

In the right wing there is another good size twin bedroom, a double bedroom and full bathroom with over bath shower. Furnishings and fittings are to a good standard throughout.

The pool measures approximately 8 x 4 metres, has a pool ladder and underwater lighting for safe bathing after dark. The pool is surrounded by large private dining and sunbathing terraces around which runs an extremely colourful garden. The garden is screened by a high wall to one side and a high hedge to the other. In a corner of the walled part of the garden terrace close to the villa is a traditional Menorcan chimney barbeque.

A covered terrace to the main entrance side of the villa catches the morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon. A low level cane table and seating makes it an ideal spot for reading, lunching or just relaxing.

The villa has a sun roof with distant sea views, you can even see Majorca on a clear day!

The nearest beach is Cala en Porter an 8 minute drive away and many other superb beaches are within easy driving distance.

The unspoilt local village of Sant Climent is a 2 km drive, where you will find a good selection of bars, shops, including a pharmacy, restaurants and banks etc.

Due to the villa's rural location car hire is necessary.
