Villa 4 Prices

Prices quoted are for the villa rental for up to 4 persons (not per person) per week.
A supplement applies for the self contained studio (includes up to 2 persons) - see price panel.
Children under 2 are FREE. Cot and linen hire £30 per week.
Price includes air conditioning unit in the main house and portable unit in the studio.
(The studio will become a third en-suite bedroom 2008)
Bookings are taken on a FRIDAY to FRIDAY basis.
No pets allowed.
A £300 deposit is required on booking, the final account to be settled 10 weeks prior to your departure.

Full amount required for bookings received within 10 weeks of departure.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
We have our own villa managers in Menorca who are always on hand to help and advise you.
All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels).
There will be a welcome pack for you consisting of basic necessities and a bottle of Frexinet Brut chilling
in the 'fridge.
A weekly maid service is provided to change linen.
