Located at Binibeca on the South Coast of the island and standing on the brow of a hill with views to the Mediterranean, the villa is a wonderful holiday home.

Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 full bathroom with over bath shower and a separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

The attractive open plan lounge / dining room with vaulted ceiling provides comfortable seating and indoor dining table and chairs. For your entertainment a satellite TV receiving UK Freesat channels, a DVD/Video player and a music system with radio, tape and CD player with iPod connection points.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a large 'fridge freezer and a microwave. The separate laundry room has a Yorkshire sink, an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board. Furnishings are to a high standard throughout. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.

The kidney shaped pool (depth 1.1 to 1.6 meters) with ladder entry has underwater lighting for safety when swimming after dark. You will find an ample supply of sun loungers and a covered swing for relaxing. A further small sunbathing area can be found on the roof. To the side of the villa the large dining terrace with adjacent brick barbeque is ideal for enjoying food in the open.

The villa is reached by a steep flight of steps making it unsuitable for younger children, however there is relatively flat access via a pathway leading around the side of the villa to the back entrance for the more senior guest.

More precisely located at Binibeca Nou with views over the Cala Torret (Cove Torret). It is approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport and Mahon, the capital city. The local village of Sant Lluis is 10 minutes drive away where you will find a traditional working village with numerous shops, banks, Internet café, estate agents, sports hall, restaurants and bars.

In Cala Torret itself (a 3 minute stroll from the villa) there is a bakery, two bars with SKY TV for sports enthusiasts, a supermarket, five restaurants and a slipway.

The beautiful sandy beach at Binibeca with its safe bathing for all ages and superb beach bar is only a short 5 minute walk and one of the island's Diving Centres, is between Cala Torret and Binibeca beach. 

In the local working village of Sant Lluis, less than 10 minutes by car, there are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, banks, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, estate agents, a pharmacy, a Church, Police Station, a windmill, an Internet café, Sports Hall and shops selling a wide variety of personal and household goods.

Due to the villa's location car hire is unnecessary but we would recommend it to allow you to see more of this beautiful island.
