Your signature on the booking form will be
taken as acceptance of the following conditions by you and your
party.

All information given in our
literature has been complied as accurately as possible; however,
facilities may be altered or withdrawn for reasons outside our
control, in which case we can accept no responsibility.

The appropriate deposit must
accompany your completed booking form including all clients'
names. If you cancel the booking after we have accepted it, you
forfeit the deposit.

The balance of the total cost of
your holiday must be paid in full at least ten weeks before the
departure date; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your
booking, in which case clause five will apply. For bookings made
within ten weeks of departure date, you will be required to pay the
full cost of your holiday at the time of booking.

If you or any member of your
party must cancel the holiday within six weeks of the departure
date, a cancellation fee must be paid. Notice of cancellation must
be in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking form. The
amount of the cancellation fee depends on when we are notified that
you wish to cancel. The scale of cancellation charges is as follows:
10 weeks or more before
departure Deposit Less than
10, but more than 6 weeks before departure 85% of
holiday price 6 weeks or less before
departure 100% of holiday price
In the event that written notice of cancellation is not received
prior to departure the cost of your holiday is payable in full.

A key / Damage deposit of
normally £200 for two- and three-bedroom properties and £350 for
four bedroom or larger will be added to the final balance (and
banked for security reasons). If there are no breakages or damage,
and the key has been returned as specified, we will refund you
damage deposit in full on you return (normally within 14 days after
the property has been checked). All breakages, losses or damage and
extra costs or charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Should the security deposit be insufficient to meet such costs or
liabilities, an additional amount is payable by the person who
signed the booking form.

You and your guests use the villa
and pool area, any fixtures and fittings or equipment at your own
risk and Just Menorca shall not be responsible for any injury,
death, loss, or damage occurred during your stay.

The law of England shall govern
the validity, construction, and performance of the contract. Should
you have any complaint, please inform our local representative or
management company during your holiday, he will do his utmost to
help at the time. If the matter cannot be resolved you must follow
up your complaint in writing to us within 30 days of the completion
of your holiday. We will not accept liability in respect of claims
received outside this period.

rates at time of booking.
Data protection policy
To process your booking and to ensure
that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we
need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any
special needs/dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for
ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your
information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers
of your arrangements such as villa management companies, car hire
companies etc. Some information may also be provided to credit card
companies (to process your payments). However, we will not pass any
information on to any person who is not responsible for part of your
travel arrangements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant
suppliers, we cannot provide your booking. In making your booking you
consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Your data controller is: Just Menorca.
Access to the villa available from 2.00 p.m. on day of
arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on date of departure – unless
otherwise advised.
